Assalamualaikum,
Syukur masih diberi peluang untuk melalui hari-hari indah di bumi ini :) ok ayat skema.
Pagi tadi bangun dengan perasaan biasa-biasa saja, nothing so special. Dan agak tak bersemangat lagi sebab cuti hari ni bakal duduk sorang-sorang lagi kat rumah.
Bangun pagi, tolong iron kan baju untuk Naqi jaga. Goreng donut instant then bungkuskan bekal for him sebab kelam kabut nak pergi hospital. Salam tangan lepas tu duduk lah sorang-sorang kat rumah.
Mandi, lepas tu terfikir nak pergi spa kat Zen. Tapi pergi sorang-sorang? Bosannya. Lagipun baru ja pergi spa hari tu. Isnin lepas saya bosan, saya pergi shopping makanan. Minggu lepas habiskan duit beli kain kat Pasar Baru and jahit baju 3 pasang dan seluar sepasang. Bosan hilang tapi duit habis. So saya pun memikirkan cara untuk mengisi masa lapang tanpa habiskan duit :P
Zen Reflexology
Saya pun cuba-cuba lah buat meditation. Hehehe buang tebiat. Tapi believe me or not, buang tebiat saya tu buat saya rasa macam tengah buat spa kat Zen :P Pasang aromatherapy yang wangi memenuhi ruang, lepas tu buat meditation. Tutup mata, tarik nafas, hembus nafas, focus, jangan benarkan benda lain distract my attention, tarik nafas, hembus nafas, sampailah 10 minit. Rasa hilang semua stress. Walaupun saya bukan stress sangat pun. Hihi.

Lepas sesi meditation selesai, nampak banyak video "music for meditation" kat Youtube. Salah satu yang ni. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BattnC5hDyM . Cuba lah dengar. Macam music-music cerita cina zaman dulu-dulu. Sambil pasang music tu, tiba-tiba ter semangat nak buat kerja-kerja rumah. Iron baju untuk seminggu, cari baju-baju untuk basuh dalam washing machine. Tukar comforter, siram pokok.
